Authenticity
All of our sneakers are 100% authentic. They have been purchased from official retailers/distributors of their respective brands. We deal with many reputable dealers from around the country and each and every pair of sneakers is inspected for authenticity. We are listed as a legit and reputable store by many sneaker forums and websites including niketalk and instyleshoes.com. We also do not sell any B-grade or blemished sneakers.


Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. You will be asked to choose which method you prefer when you check out. Credit card orders can also be placed over the phone Monday-Friday from 12-6PM. Eastern Time by calling 718-496-6595.


Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The exact rates will be calculated when you check out according to your zip code and the weight of the package. You will be given an option to estimate shipping when items are placed in your shopping cart. Rates for 1 pair of sneakers will usually be between $6 and $12 depending what state they are going to. Orders over $200 will require a signature confirmation. Delivery time is usually 2-6 business days (i.e. not including weekends and federal holidays). Most orders ship within 24 hours.


International Shipping
International orders are shipped using USPS Global Express Mail or USPS Priority Mail International. If you are ordering internationally, the shipping rate will be calculated during check-out according to your location and the package weight. NOTE: Priority Flat Rate envelopes are for shirts and small items only! If you choose this shipping option for shoes, or for more than 3 T-Shirts, you will be required to pay additional postage.


Trouble Logging In?
If you are experiencing difficulties when logging in to place an order, please check your internet settings. Be sure to "enable cookies" on your web browser otherwise you will not be able to log in. If you are still having problems, contact us for further instructions.


Returns
Please ask all questions you might have beforehand in order to minimize the number of returns. It is also a good idea to know what size you wear in certain models because they sometimes vary slightly. Of course if an item is listed incorrectly, or there is an error on behalf of our staff (wrong sneaker, wrong size, etc.), you will be able to return or exchange that item, assuming it is still in the exact same condition as when you received it. We always do our best to keep our customers happy. Restocking fees will apply in the event of a return (except if we are at fault).
